About the Group

Blue Mountains Finance Workers Group is a forum for Finance Officers and Bookkeepers working in community organisations.

Purpose/Goals

The Group provides a networking opportunity for finance workers in the local community sector to share information and solve problems.

Activities

The Group discusses and provides support on topics such as taxation, use of MYOB, FBT, and other issues specific to community and not-for-profit organisations. Membership includes access to the group-wide mailing list to provide support, contact and information between meetings.

Meetings

- How often: -The Blue Mountains Finance Workers Group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every 3rd month

- Where: - Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre, 9 New Street, Lawson.

- Who can attend: - The Group is open to all Finance Workers working in community organisations across the Blue Mountains and Lithgow.
